EnAct Community Action partnered with Piggly Wiggly of Bigley Avenue in Charleston to provide the Good 2 Grow food assistance program. Participants can receive a food voucher from EnAct that can be spent at the Piggly Wiggly on Bigley. All participants must meet the program guidelines.
